"Every player on the squad touched the ball in the final. That is the kind of team we want to be."
It was a day to remember. Our Under-11 squad won every group game and held their nerve in a tense final to bring home their first inter-school cup.
The players have trained together since the start of term, working on passing, positioning and, most of all, playing for each other.
"Every player on the squad touched the ball in the final. That is the kind of team we want to be."
Fitness and composure. The squad kept their shape late in games and stayed calm when the pressure was on.
A huge thank you to the parents who travelled, cheered and helped with kit and water all day.
Trials for next term's squads are open now. Every player who wants to compete is welcome to join.
