This policy is being finalised with Maplewood International School and may be updated.
When you book or enquire, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number and email, and your child's name, age, sport and any medical notes you share.
We use this information to arrange trials and sessions, contact you about your child's programme, keep children safe and send updates you have asked for.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the academy coaches and staff who need it, and with authorities where the law requires.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, those messages are handled by the providers of those services as well as by us.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
We keep records while your child is enrolled and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
