This policy is being finalised with Maplewood International School and may be updated.
A place is confirmed once the registration form is complete and the first payment is received. Children are placed in groups by age and level.
Fees are shown in AED and are payable in advance, monthly, yearly or per term as chosen at enrolment. Prices include academy kit unless stated otherwise.
Sessions missed by the child are not refunded. Where possible we offer a make-up session in another group of the same level within the same term.
To stop a monthly membership, give at least 14 days notice before the next payment date. Yearly and term fees are refundable only if the academy cancels a programme, or on medical grounds with a doctor's note.
If we cancel a session because of weather, heat or facility issues, we offer a make-up session or a credit.
Parents must tell us about any medical condition, allergy or injury before the first session and keep this information up to date.
We may take photos and video of sessions for academy use. Tell us in writing if you do not want your child to appear in them.
We expect respect for coaches, teammates and facilities. Repeated unsafe behaviour may lead to a child being withdrawn from a programme.
